Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Deputy Director Daniel Lecce speaks with Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) Software Engineering Institute’s (SEI) senior leaders after presenting the Jack Donnelly Award for Excellence in Counterintelligence to the university during a ceremony held at its Pittsburgh campus on Dec. 3.
DCSA honored the university with the award for maintaining superior counterintelligence programs that achieved extraordinary results in thwarting foreign-directed theft of U.S. technology in fiscal year 2023.
