On May 7, 2024, Marine Corps Base Butler, MCIPAC, held a townhall meeting for local national employees at the Camp Foster Theater. Maj. Gen. Stephen E. Liszewski, then the commanding general of MCIPAC, and Davis stood in front of over 350 staff members to discuss the results of the GCASS survey.

2024年5月7日、同太平洋基地海兵隊バトラー基地は、キャンプ・フォスター内の映画館で地元の従業員を対象としたタウンホールミーティングを開催した。当時の同太平洋基地の司令官であったステファン・E・リズウスキー少将とデイビス氏は、350人を超える従業員の前に立ち、GCASSの調査結果について説明を行った
