ARLINGTON, Va. (Dec. 11, 2024) Navy Recruiters of the Year (ROY), alongside Tomb of the Unknown Soldier sentinels assigned to the 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment, “The Old Guard,” lay a wreath at Arlington National Cemetery during ROY week. Wreath ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery are a display of respect to the sacrifices of American veterans and are symbolic of the beauty and brevity of life. ROY week recognizes the nation’s top Navy recruiters for their talent acquisition expertise, positive impact on local communities and upholding the highest of Navy values.
