NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY SOUDA BAY, Greece (Dec. 11, 2024) Cmdr. James Kotora, outgoing executive officer, Naval Support Activity (NSA) Souda Bay, receives a Meritorious Service Medal from Adm. Christopher W. Grady, Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, onboard NSA Souda Bay, Greece, Dec. 11 2024. Grady visited the installation accompanied by United Service Organization (USO) Holiday Live Tour, which provided entertainment to assigned personnel. NSA Souda Bay is an operational ashore installation that enables and supports U.S., Allied, Coalition, and partner nation forces to preserve security and stability in the European, African, and Central Command areas of responsibility.
