Maj. Gen. Kurt Fuller, center, commander of the 25th Infantry Division, stands with four Soldiers who received Certificates of Appreciation for sharing their personal stories of receiving help through the Army Emergency Relief program. The AER kicked-off with a luncheon, Feb. 1, at the Nehelani Club, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. AER is a non-profit service providing loans to Army personnel and their families in times of financial difficulty. AER is funded by Soldiers for Soldiers, and has been aiding Soldiers, retirees and their families since 1942.
