Maj. Gen. John D. Haas, the Adjutant General of Florida, is joined by prominent members of the community and senior leaders of the Florida National Guard to participate in a groundbreaking ceremony at Camp Blanding Joint Training Center in Starke, Fla., Dec. 17, 2024. Florida National Guard’s Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and high-yield Explosive Enhanced Response Force Package held the event to signify the construction of a new administrative building. The new facility augments CERF-P capability by providing work spaces, storage, hygiene amenities and more.
