FORT RILEY, Kansas — Soldiers from the 1st Battalion, 16th Infantry Regiment, 1st Battalion, 5th Field Artillery Regiment, Division Artillery (DIVARTY) and the Combat Aviation Brigade (CAB) participated in a live fire exercise on Fort Riley, Kansas Nov. 22, 2024, to test their readiness for the National Training Center (NTC) and future combat scenarios. Apache helicopters, Bradley Fighting Vehicles, and ground forces were integrated into the exercise, simulating real-world combat conditions in a combined arms environment.
