Marines and Sailors assigned to Combat Logistics Battalion (CLB) 26, 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), along with family members, stand in a final formation to receive words of encouragement, prior to their deployment, from Lt. The 26th MEU operates continuously across the globe, providing the president and unified combatant commanders with a forward-deployed, sea-based quick reaction force.
