PORTSMOUTH, Va. (Jan. 12, 2025) — Rear Adm. Kevin Brown, commander of Naval Medical Forces Atlantic, delivers remarks during the virtual change of command ceremony for Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (NMRTC) Cherry Point. Capt.
