    Navy Talent Acquisition Group Southwest

    SAN DIEGO (Jan. 3, 2025) The official party for the Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) Southwest change of command ceremony sits on the dais before the ceremony officially begins on the USS Midway Museum ship flight deck, January 3, 2025. Cmdr. Joseph T. Gilligan, native of Long Beach, California, relieved Cmdr. Elizabeth E. McMullen as NTAG Southwest commanding officer. NTAG Southwest’s area of responsibility encompasses more than 210,000 square miles covering southern California, southern Nevada and western Arizona. Headquartered at Naval Base Point Loma, the command has 43 recruiting stations with a mission to attract the highest quality candidates to assure the ongoing success of America’s Navy.
