250114-N-JM360-2004 CHINHAE, South Korea (Jan. 14, 2025) – Utilitiesman 3rd Class Louiza Liu, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3 Detachment Chinhae, receives a commanding officer’s challenge coin for exceptional dedication as the Command Fitness Leader (CFL) for Detail Chinhae. Liu conducts monthly nutritional classes and leads a variety of workouts five times a week, enhancing Sailors’ mental and physical toughness. NMCB-3 serves as the stand-in engineering force for Commander, U.S. 7th Fleet, executing high-quality construction operations and supporting major combat operations in the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command area of responsibility.
