NEWPORT, R.I.— European Union (EU) Defense Attaché to the United States and Canada Rear Adm. In addition to his meeting with Walker, Faltin delivered a lecture to students, staff and faculty on “EU Common Security and Defence Policy” and “NATO-EU/U.S.-EU Relations.” The lecture was part of NWC’s Lectures of Opportunity series, which is designed to expose students to diverse viewpoints from leaders, researchers and practitioners in the field of national security and defense matters.
