Emergency medical technicians with the Healthcare Center in Boleslawiec, Poland, transfer a simulated casualty into an ambulance during a Mass Casualty exercise on Forward Operating Station Trzebien, Poland, Feb. 21, 2025. This exercise, held by 2nd Battalion, 7th Infantry Regiment,1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, was the first time U.S. forces have coordinated with local emergency medical services in Boleslawiec for training purposes since arriving in Poland last month to serve with V Corps as the Army's rotational forces along NATO's eastern flank.
