Jordan Brines, Task Force Talon executive officer, briefs Daniel Ramirez, military legislative assistant, and a congressional staff delegation from the office of Rep. Joe Wilson on the Terminal High-Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) system during a visit to Task Force Talon, Feb. 18.
