    U.S. Soldiers assigned to 1st Battalion, 6th Field Artillery Regiment, 41st Field Artillery Brigade listen attentively to an arctic survival training class during Exercise Joint Viking 25 in Setermoen, Norway, Feb. 27, 2025. This training provided U.S. Soldiers valuable experience for operating effectively in arctic environments. Exercise Joint Viking 25 is designed to enhance the U.S. Army's collaboration with Arctic allies and improve response times to crises in Arctic terrain. The exercise included U.S. Soldiers, Marines, and personnel from Norway, the Netherlands, Finland, Germany, Denmark, and Great Britain, emphasizing cold-weather capabilities and cooperation among Allied forces.
