Boatswain’s Mate 1st Class Anthony Zuccaro, gives a tour of the Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Makin Island (LHD 8) welldeck to U.S. Marine commanders and
sergeant majors assigned to 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing (MAW), during the 3rd MAW Commander’s Course, Feb. 26, 2025. The tour reinforced the vital partnership between the Navy and Marine Corps, highlighting the integration of Marine aviation with naval operations in support of expeditionary and amphibious warfare for 3rd MAW leaders.
