Greg Huffman, commander, Joint Task Force - Micronesia, speaks during a groundbreaking ceremony for the Guam Public Health Training and Biosafety Laboratory Facility at the University of Guam, March 5. The facility will be the only biosafety laboratory in the Micronesia region and will enhance Guam’s ability to detect, prevent, and respond to health crises, reinforcing not only local capabilities but also regional stability.
