A group of U.S. Air Force Airmen, 148th Fighter Wing Communications Squadron, transport a tent and additional equipment to a remote road crossing during a winter exercise held outside of Grand Marais, Minnesota, March 2, 2025. The winter training exercise coincided with the 2025 John Beargrease Sled Dog Marathon, in which the 148th Fighter Wing provided real-world communications transmission support at a road crossing, ensuring safety and accountability of mushers and dogs.
