Eleven U.S. Air Force C-130 Hercules aircraft from the 139th Airlift Wing, Missouri Air National Guard, 182nd Airlift Wing, Illinois Air National Guard, 133rd Airlift Wing, Minnesota Air National Guard, and the 934th Airlift Wing, Air Force Reserve Command, conduct an airdrop during a sortie to the Smoky Hill Range complex near Salina, Kansas, March 20, 2025. The sortie was planned, lead, and executed by six students of the C-130H Weapons Instructor Course, located at Rosecrans Air National Guard Base, Missouri, which trains future leaders to be experts in tactical airlift while also learning the art of integrated battle-space dominance.
