KITTERY, Maine (April 3, 2025) – Commander, Navy Region Mid-Atlantic Rear Adm. Carl Lahti discusses facility upgrade projects with Director Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program Division Russ Gagner during a visit to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, Maine, April 3. Lahti also met with leadership and toured several facilities.
