KITTERY, Maine (April 3, 2025) – Commander, Navy Region Mid-Atlantic Rear Adm. Carl Lahti tours the Fire and Emergency Services facility with Asst. Fire Chief Chris Gouette and Real Property Manager Branch Head Megan Sawyer during a visit to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, Maine, April 3. Lahti met with leadership, toured base facilities, and ongoing construction at the Multi-Mission Dry Dock 1 modernization project.
