Spc. Hunter Mills, CASCOM Law Enforcement Agency Best Squad member, conducts 3-5 second rushes as the seventh event of the Expert Physical Fitness Assessment during the U.S. Army Combined Arms Support Command Best Squad competition at Fort Gregg-Adams, Va. on Mar. 25, 2025. The EPFA is a timed event performed in full kit that consists of a one-mile run, 30 dead stop push ups, 100-meter sprint, 16 sandbag tosses, 50-meter water can carry, 25-meter high crawl, 25 meter 3-5 second rush, and ends with a one-mile run.
