The EPFA is a timed event performed in full kit that consists of a one-mile run, 30 dead stop push ups, 100-meter sprint, 16 sandbag tosses, 50-meter water can carry, 25-meter high crawl, 25 meter 3-5 second rush, and ends with a one-mile run.
