Under Secretary of the Navy Robert Work makes departing remarks during his farewell ceremony at the Pentagon. During the ceremony, Secretary of the Navy Ray Mabus presented Work with a Navy Distinguished Public Service Award for leading the Navy through five budget cycles, his instrumental role in introducing the Freedom and Independence-class Littoral Combat Ships and management of multi-year procurement strategies, which lead to $5 billion in savings to the Navy.
