Members of the Atlanta USO welcome Lt. j.g. Chad Scott, a medical officer with Regional Command Southwest and Northbridge, Mass., native, at Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport, April 1, 2013. Scott is currently deployed to Afghanistan from Camp Lejeune, N.C., as an Afghan advisor to the 2nd Brigade, 215th Corps and is vacationing with his family in Disney World on R&R before returning to Helmand province, Afghanistan. He was aboard the military's last charted flight out of the Central Command area of operations as the R&R leave program shifts to individual tickets supplied to troops which will save the Department of Defense money and the service members and their families time.
