Lt. Col. Members of the Oregon National Guard’s Active Guard Reserve Program Command team visited the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency Vietnam War recovery site to observe two of their soldiers assist in conducting operations. The relationships between the Vietnamese officials, the DPAA Detachment 2 Vietnam and the recovery team continues to be strengthened through their partnerships as DPAA works to provide the fullest possible accounting for U.S. missing personnel to their families and the nation.
