Pasi Välimäki photos related to the incident where U.S. Navy Seaman John Eglit earned his Medal of Honor, Memorial Section MI at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Virginia, Tuesday, April 22, 2025. All were visiting Eglit's memorial marker in Section MI. Eglit was born in Finland and earned his Medal of Honor when serving on board the USS Nashville during the operation of cutting the cable leading from Cienfuegos, Cuba on May 11, 1898.
