Kufchak, a native of Youngstown, Ohio, arrives to work at 5:30 a.m. after commuting from his home in Corona, Calif. He works on emails heavily before and after typical working hours in order to attend to his many responsibilities, including meetings, conferences, and visits with more than 25,000 Marines and sailors across 1st Marine Division.
