An CH-53E Super Stallion helicopter assigned to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 266 (Reinforced), 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit prepares to drop two 500 gallon water drums on the flight deck of the USS San Antonio (LPD 17) during a helicopter support team training exercise March 12, 2013. The MEU is currently deployed as part of the Kearsarge Amphibious Ready Group to the 5th Fleet area of operation. The MEU operates continuously across the globe, providing the president and unified combatant commanders with a forward-deployed, sea-based quick reaction force.
