Lt. Col. Mike McGregor, division personnel officer, 4th Infantry Division, jumps a moat during the Moral, Welfare and Recreation sponsored Spartan Race at Fort Carson’s Iron Horse Park, May 4, 2013. The moat jump was the first of many obstacles that soldiers, Family members and friends of Fort Carson encountered during the four-mile course.
