U.S. Army Capt. Sudden Response 13 is a four day command post exercise that tests the movement and capability of JTF-CS in terms of equipment and personnel during the initial phase of a CBRN incident. JTF-CS provides command and control for Department of Defense CBRN response forces to assist local, state, federal and tribal partners in saving lives, preventing further injury and enabling community recovery.
