Staff Sgt. Andrew Yost, a Special Forces communications sergeant in West Virginia Army National Guard's 2/19th Special Forces Group C Company, instructs Matthew Streeton, a software manager with the U.S. Department of Energy, the elements of reflexive fire during a training event for program managers. Yost and Streeton both participated in the Technical Support and Operational Analysis event at Fort A.P. Hill, Va. TSOA, which falls under the Office of Secretary of Defense, is a warfighter-driven technology development event in which new technologies are accessed in realistic scenarios by soldiers.
