Capt. Ben "Lumbergh" Victor delivers a brief on the Joint Terminal Attack Control program at the first ever Polish Air-Ground Integration conference, held at the Polish Armed Forces Artillery and Weapons Training Center in Torun, Poland, May 21-23. Poland, with direct support from Marine Forces Europe and Marine Corps Security Group, hosted the regional conference in a concerted effort to improve close air support, joint terminal attack control, and fires integration skills between the partner nations involved. Victor is an air officer and JTAC program manager with 2d Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company out of Camp Lejeune, N.C.
