HANCOCK COUNTY, Miss. (Sept. 4, 2005) -- Arkansas Army National Guard Soldiers drop off food and ice at an isolated area in Hancock County, Miss. National Guard aviation units are dropping food, water and other supplies at approximately 80 points in southern Mississippi and Louisiana.
