HANCOCK COUNTY, Miss. (Sept. 4, 2005) -- Sgt. Perry Hopman, Arkansas Army National Guard, hands an American flag patch to a child at a food drop point after the boy expressed interest in it. National Guard aviation units are dropping food, water and other supplies at approximately 80 points in southern Mississippi and Louisiana.
