Gibson, a cable systems installer with the 490th Signal Company (Tactical Installation and Networking – Enhanced), participated in a SIPR/NIPR access point class June 1-5. The 490th SC (TIN) is located in Blacklick, Ohio, and preparing to deploy to Afghanistan later this year.
