Soldiers with the Noncommissioned Officers Academy Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Senior Leaders Course provide the military retreat ceremony detail in combination with Fort Leonard Wood’s observance of the Army’s 238th birthday June 14 on the Maneuver Support Center of Excellence Plaza. The ceremony serves two purposes: it signals the end of the official duty day and serves as a ceremony for paying respect to the flag.
