Ewen Tesot, who is at Fort Leonard Wood for the Noncommissioned Officers Academy Senior Leader Course, place 16 scarlet and white battle streamers on the Army flag during a streamer ceremony on the Maneuver Support Center of Excellence Plaza June 14. The streamers tell the story of the Army’s achievements during the Revolutionary War.
