    The first sergeant of Troop D, 2nd Squadron, 7th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Sgt. Ricardo Luera (far left), who hails from Edinburg, Texas, addresses his troops at Fort Hood, Texas, prior to their June 16 departure to Kuwait for training as part of a 15-month deployment to Iraq. By the end of June, all of the Soldiers from the 4th "Long Knife" Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division will have departed Fort Hood for their overseas deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom Rotation 08-10.
