Sailors assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11 participate in a Change of Command ceremony on Naval Construction Battalion Center, Gulfport as members of NMCB 11's color guard. The event was held to change command of NMCB 11 from Cmdr. Lore Aguayo to Cmdr. Steven J. Stasick. NMCB 11 is a Seabee battalion specializing in contingency construction, disaster response, and humanitarian assistance. The battalion is home-ported in Gulfport, Miss.
