Cmdr. Lore Aguayo is ceremoniously piped ashore following a Change of Command ceremony in which Cmdr. Steven J. Stasick relieved Aguayo as commander of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11. NMCB 11 is a Seabee battalion specializing in contingency construction, disaster response, and humanitarian assistance. The battalion is home-ported in Gulfport, Miss.
