While visiting a neighborhood to see if anyone needed food or water, 1st Lt. Shawn E. Pratt from Morgantown, W.Va., makes a new friend with one of the many pets displaced by Hurricane Katrina. Pratt is an officer assigned to Service Battery, 1st Battalion, 201st Field Artillery. The gentleman holding the case of bottled water given to him by the West Virginia Task Force said that he has been watching all of the abandoned pets in the neighborhood. "We're okay," he said. hkat
