Departmental flags are lined up for the Naturalization Ceremony held at Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan, July‚ 4, 2013. Thirty-seven service members from 22 different countries took the Oath of Allegiance during the ceremony. In attendance were Gen. Joseph F. Dunford, International Security Assistance Force commander, keynote speaker Ambassador David Robinson, Assistant Chief of Missions, Kabul, Maj. Gen. James C. McConnville, ISAF Regional Command-East, commanding general, Walter Haith, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services - Seoul, Field Office Director, David Roy, Field Office Director, USCIS, Manila, Philippines, and Command Sgt. Maj. Alonzo Smith, deputy command sergeant major, Combined Joint Task Force-101, Regional Command-East, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) and Nadereh Lee, deputy senior civilian representative, CJTF-101,RC-East.
