Col. Nobutaka Minamikawa and Lt. Col. Koji Kasai, Japan Ministry of Defense Training and Exercise section representatives, prepare to be transported to Royal Australian Navy Ship HMAS Choules (L100) July 15 at Rockhampton Airport.
