Sgt. Amanda Michael, an engineer squad leader for 232nd Engineer Company, 18th Engineer Brigade, used hand signals to guide the Iraqi army soldier driving a dozer through a training exercises at Contingency Operating Base Speicher located in Tikrit, Iraq, June 26. With the help of an interpreter Michael is able to give the IA soldiers the training they need for self-sufficiency.
