Boatswain's Mate 2nd Class Arren Halfarce supervises boatswain's mates as they secure a landing craft unit in the well deck of the amphibious dock landing ship USS Harper's Ferry (LSD 49). Harper's Ferry is underway off the coast of Southern California conducting a Composite Training Unit Exercise (COMPTUEX).
