James Booker, International Security Assistance Force and U.S. Forces-Afghanistan sergeant major, on the process used by enemies of Afghanistan to manufacture homemade explosives during the sergeant major’s visit to Combined Joint Task Force Paladin Aug. 14. Booker, the senior enlisted adviser to ISAF commander Gen. Joseph Dunford, also spoke with Paladin soldiers and answered their questions about ISAF.
