Combined Joint Task Force Paladin counter-IED trainer James Rowe briefs U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Maj. James Booker, International Security Assistance Force and U.S. Forces-Afghanistan sergeant major, on the training soldiers are given to spot signs of homemade explosives manufacturing operations during their patrols. Booker, the senior enlisted adviser to ISAF commander Gen. Joseph Dunford, also spoke with Paladin soldiers and answered their questions about ISAF.
