A local village man in a wheel chair describes his symptoms to Djiboutian Nurse Ali Abdillahi and a medic from the 354th Civil Affairs (CA) Brigade, Special Functioning Team, Combined Joint Task Force- Horn of Africa, during a Medical Civil Action Project (MEDCAP) on March 29, 2008 at Goubetto Village, Djibouti. The 354th is conducting a six day MEDCAP around the Djibouti area with their first two days at Goubetto Village seeing over 500 local Djiboutian patients by the end of day two.
