A local village mother helps her son drink up de-worming medication while being seen by the staff from the U.S. Army's 354th Civil Affairs (CA) Brigade, Special Functioning Team, Combined Joint Task Force- Horn of Africa, during a Medical Civil Action Project (MEDCAP) on March 29, 2008 at Goubetto Village, Djibouti. The 354th is conducting a six day MEDCAP around the Djibouti area with their first two days at Goubetto Village seeing over 500 local Djiboutian patients by the end of day two.
